Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only accept returns/exchanges that have been purchased through www.evilhair.com. If you opened or used your product, we can't take it back! To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at email@example.com within 8 days of receipt. We are unable to issue refund/replacement claims for orders more than 8 days after they are placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
