EU bank payments
Most EU customers can make EUR payments to anyone located in the Eurozone area. All banks inside the EU fall under the same rules and regulation.
All EU banks can make SEPA payments to other EU countries/banks. These payments are secure, fast (1-3 days) and have low fees. If you are not sure if your country is included, check here: SEPA members list
How to make a SEPA payment
Every bank has a different interface, so if you need help making the payment, just google:
your banks name + your country + SEPA payment
Example: Customers bank is named AlphaBank and she is from Greece. A quick google gets us strait to the banks FAQ page with instructions.
Your results might differ, but if you still need help after this step, just call your bank. When making a bank payment from your bank, make sure you enter the correct IBAN number and the correct BIC code (SWIFT address).
